    Nurse Practitioner Entrepreneur Program

    About the program

This year-long, hybrid learning entrepreneur development program provides working NPs with essential leadership and business skills to launch NP-led healthcare enterprises in primary and/or behavioral health services in limited resource settings.

The 2025-2026 cohort includes 20 Nurse Practitioners from across the United States. A key objective of the program is to increase access to quality care by equipping Nurse Practitioners (NPs) with essential business acumen, leadership and management skills to successfully establish and lead their own nurse-led healthcare enterprises. The enterprises will provide primary care and/or behavioral health services for vulnerable populations within their communities.

    Meet the 2026 Cohort

Selected fellows started the program in January 2026 and will participate in leadership retreats, web conferences, mentoring circles, individual executive coaching sessions, and an array of other learning activities. The program will provide each fellow with the business, leadership and management skills required to effectively address the needs of their communities and to become change agents within the evolving healthcare landscape. This year’s selected program participants are named below. Congratulations to each of them, and we wish them an extraordinary learning experience!
