Johnson & Johnson Nursing Scholarships
Nurses play a critical role in safeguarding public health, yet gaps in access to quality care persist across many communities in the U.S. Investing in a strong, resilient nursing workforce is essential to ensuring better health outcomes nationwide. One way we do this is by partnering with the Foundation of the National Student Nurses Association (FNSNA) on scholarships that invest in the next generation of nursing professionals.
Mental health and well-being resources
Johnson & Johnson is committed to providing mental health and well-being resources to help nurses better care for themselves so they can care for others. Nurses and health system leaders are invited to join ALL IN: Wellbeing First for Healthcare’s newest initiative Health Workers Have The Right, Too. This campaign brings together the healthcare community to change stigmatizing policies and practices that discourage health workers from seeking mental health care. Nurses can also access additional mental health and wellbeing resources here.

Champion nursing as an innovative, high-impact, purpose-driven career
Nurses are the backbone and heart of health care, and nursing has been recognized as the most trusted profession in a Gallup poll for over 20 years. Yet we know that the impact of nurses in health care remains undervalued, and the expertise of nurses is underutilized. That is why Johnson & Johnson is a passionate advocate for elevating awareness of the fundamental value of the nursing profession. See how we support and advocate for the value of the nursing profession with these resources.
Equip nurses with leadership and innovation skills
For healthcare to work, it takes nurses. Nursing burnout, turnover, and vacancy rates especially in acute care and hospital settings continue to be an issue for many health systems. Understanding what kind of work environment is important to nurses is the first step toward addressing the foundational issues that can cause them to leave. Through programs that focus on innovation and leadership skills, we can help support more nurse-led solutions that can transform health systems and create environments where nurses and patients can thrive.
Mental health and well-being resources
Johnson & Johnson is committed to providing mental health and well-being resources to help nurses better care for themselves so they can care for others.
J&J CareCommunity
The WHO estimates a global shortage of 4.5 million nurses by 2030. Patients around the world face poorer health outcomes due to gaps in access to quality care and a mounting strain on health workers. That’s why Johnson & Johnson is proud to champion nurses and community health workers through its global social platform J&J CareCommunity,
