Virginia’s heart has always been in nursing – even if the road to get there was a winding one. After beginning her career in college admissions, she was inspired to go back to nursing school after watching her daughter and future son-in-law enter the profession. Virginia’s goal is to be a nurse practitioner, and she shares her firsthand experience changing careers, navigating work/life balance, and staying the course, even when things get difficult.
